New features:

1. Guest to contact: when process executes, the guest are related to a new or existing contact, based on custom parameters

  4. default account: account to which a newly created contact will be linked

Addons:

1. Clone and clone selection components: quote packages are now deep cloned instead of instantiated. That means that all information on quote package and its related records is now copied

   2. when quote package’s commission fields are update, new values are set on related records

3. Reservation guest creation process

   1. guest is created at stage xx

   2. if the request is successful and autosend reservations in custom metadata type is true, send to mews is automatically checked on quote

   1. fields: on product (always on consumption) and quote product (on consumption)

   2. process: when a Quote product is added and “on consumption” = true “Pax” will change to 0 and can not be changed as long as the checkbox is true (validation rule). When a product is created and has the checkbox “always on consumption” = true. Every time this product is used in a quote product the checkbox “on consumption is true by default. If the product is part of a quote package, on consumption cannot be used

6. New Mews integrations:

   1. Get company information: property’s information from Mews

   2. Get company contracts: contracts are fetched from Mews and mapped with negotiated rate object

   3. Fetch reservation, reservation items and reservation guests based on their or their parent’s mews id (data connector object)

Bug fixes:

Bug fixes:

3. Removed field ‘Reson lost’ from the clone quote component that prevented the quote to be cloned

4. Meeting room prices are now calculated again when ‘price per person’ is changed, even if the price isn’t updated

5. Discount on quote package doesn’t throw any error when one of its related line has a price set at 0.

6. When discount amount is updated, unit price and discount % are updated

7. When a meeting room is automatically created from a quote product, its price is no longer the quote product’s but its reference product.

8. Correction of error that prevented from updating quote’s stage (creation of FS date records)
